Instead of focusing on the difficulties of the client, focus on being grateful that you have clients and that they care enough to share specific details on their expectations. Shifting the framing on the situation will help you stress less and be a better boss as a result.

Once you focus your energy on positivity and gratitude, it will start to radiate through different aspects in your life. Things that you once thought were impossible will start to feel within reach. A forced interaction may feel ingenuine and unbelievable. We don’t let people know how much they mean to us often enough, so it is important to nurture these relationships by practicing gratitude.

This will be reflected into your business as you are able to turn what was once looked at as a bad situation into a more positive outlook.
