Classifying Transactions & Monthly Preparation of Balance Sheet + Profit/Loss Reports with access to personal client portal where reports and files are stored.

Rate locked in for 3 months. Then, business is re-evaluated based on size. (I’ve only had to raise the price on three business owners ever because they were huge multi-million dollar businesses.) The new price is then locked in for a year.

Bill Pay

Paying Bills & Keeping up with Due Dates via a Bill Pay Software (with a feature allowing you to see what is being paid and to approve it before it is sent.)

Rate is locked in for 3 months. Then, a new price will be presented based on the number of hours spent on Bill Pay each month. The new price is then locked in for a year.

We pay for the Bill Pay software and it is included in your pricing.

Payroll

Payroll for employees, including scheduling the payments for the appropriate payroll taxes due for those employees. W2s are generated at year end.

1 Employee + $8/mo for each additional employee.

We pay for the Payroll software and it is included in your pricing.

Backwork

Reconciliation of past transactions that have built up over time. We can go back years if needed to get you ready to file your taxes.

Receive a Video Proposal

We will send you an email with a video link that is made JUST FOR YOU! It will have all the details about YOUR business & how we can partner with you. Then, simply respond, “I’m ready to get started!”

Sign Engagement Letter

All prices are tax-deductible.
All clients receive email correspondence for all questions & concerns with a 24-hour guarantee of response.
If you do not currently have a Quickbooks Online account, I will purchase one for you & pay for it out of your monthly fee. If you do already have one, you are expected to continue to pay for that subscription yourself unless you want to start over in a new QBO account. (Which you are welcome to do if you would like to save some money in the long run.)

If you are interested in only paying me to host your Quickbooks Online Plus account, I do that for $60/month. This saves you $20/month from what Quickbooks charges for the same tier of account, & you also get their premium rates for credit card processing fees by being associated with a Quickbooks Online Certified ProAdvisor.
We work ONLY in Quickbooks Online. If you are using another software, we will transfer your information over to Quickbooks Online with no additional fee.
