Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Expectations

Curious about what will be done for you on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis?

Daily

I log into your Quickbooks Online account. It says you have ten new transactions.

  • Check 1303 for $785.00
  • Moo.com for $150.00
  • Gsuite for $48.52
  • Squarespace for $18.00
  • PayPal transfer of $2,300.00 (money received)
  • PayPal Fees  for $67.00
  • Check 1304 for $372.00
  • Profit Meadow for $375.00
  • Payment to Tiffany Wilde for $500.00
  • Walmart for $132.49

I refer to the notes that I have taken about your businesses activity so far and determine which category each transaction needs to be classified as:

  • Check 1303 for $785.00 Rent
  • Moo.com for $150.00 Advertising
  • Gsuite for $48.52 Website
  • Squarespace for $18.00 Website
  • PayPal transfer of $2,300.00 (money received) Sales
  • PayPal Fees  for $67.00 Cost of Goods Sold
  • Check 1304 for $372.00 Utilities
  • Profit Meadow for $375.00 Professional Services (Bookkeeping)
  • Payment to Tiffany Wilde for $500.00 Contractors (being tracked for 1099)
  • Amazon for $132.49 ???
Weekly

I know where each transaction should go besides the Amazon one (because you can buy almost anything on Amazon.) You tell me that it was for supplies in our weekly email, so I categorize it there for you. I also ask you any other questions I may have and give any updates.

Monthly

I send you an email with your Profit/Loss and your Balance Sheet for the month. The Profit/Loss lets you know how much money you made that month (and how much your responsible for paying taxes on). Your Balance Sheet lets you know the amount in each of your bank/credit card accounts, any loans you may have, and how much equity you have in the business.

I reconcile your accounts to make sure that every transaction came through from the bank, and none were deleted, duplicated, or overlooked. It’s the computer equivalent of balancing your checkbook.

Does this sound like something that would give you peace of mind, and take some weight off of your shoulders? Want to be as carefree as this puppy?
